Community – Arts In Public Places

Life Through Art Foundation travels to local parks, recreation centers and schoolyards to teach art projects to children and their families. Artists and celebrities from the community are encouraged to volunteer their time and teach a project or simply participate.

The arts are an integral form of personal and cultural expression and can be a powerful tool in bringing communities together. The Art In Public Places Program was created to provide children, their families and their communities an opportunity to create art together in a shared space. This program offers a safe and engaging environment for young students who might feel disengaged from a typical school setting.

LTAF would like to create this opportunity twice a month.
